This is the first update for quite some time, things have been busy and quite different, less Gigs, quite a lot more recording from home and a very big Film project although I can't say too much.
I've sqeezed in some fun Gigs were with my Thunderthumbs ensemble, Reach For It, the George Duke Tribute and the occaisional Show dep in London.
Recent Studio dates have been at Air Lyndhurst and Livingstone Studios, for TV and a Broadway Production respectively. Home recording has included the BBC iPlayer Cartoon Series 'Playtime Towers' and tracks for a Movie on the Lego F1 franchise. Also from home a collab with Average White Band saxophonist Freddy V, several great tracks for my 'Local Suspects' band member Michael Armstrong and a fusion workout for top guitarist Pete Callard for which I played Bass and synth bass.
A Gig with Paprika Soul, a recording Band for 20 years up until it's recent appearance at the Cotswolds Soul weekender was fun and it was so good to see and play with my long time friend and ace guitarist Malcolm Macfarlane.
Next up is the release of my bass Bass album which has taken a long time to get together, 3 decades to be accurate and is now called 'Better Late Than Never'!
